Les premiers secours sont l’assistance immédiate apportée à toute personne souffrant d’une maladie ou d’une blessure, qu’elle soit mineure ou grave, avec des soins prodigués pour préserver la vie, empêcher l’aggravation de l’état ou favoriser le rétablissement.
Également appelé « module traumatologie », il est présent dans la trousse de premiers soins. Une personne moyenne peut gérer une hémorragie* en moins de 5 minutes, mais l'arrivée des premiers secours prend en moyenne 7 minutes. Nos trousses de contrôle d'urgence sont conçues pour stopper et gérer l'hémorragie* jusqu'à l'arrivée des premiers secours.
Joint de poitrine ventilé :
Pansement adhésif occlusif conçu pour le traitement des blessures d'entrée/sortie ou pénétrantes multiples.
Garrot hémostatique :
Conçu pour comprimer le membre et restreindre la circulation sanguine, le garrot Techmed est un dispositif de sauvetage essentiel, tant dans les situations tactiques que non tactiques. This is one of those things that you buy but hope winds up being a complete waste of money. It’s the same reason why I own a plate carrier and Level 3+ plates - I don’t want to ever need it, but would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it!
I don’t know a lot about first-aid more than CPR and minor treatments for minor aliments. I decided to get this IFAK to keep in my range bag just in case I’m there and someone is accidentally shot by a firearm. I’ve been watching videos on YouTube about trauma first-aid so I can learn to be helpful and not harmful!
This is a nice kit, it really is. It holds a lot, seems well-made, and is lightweight which is surprising considering how much stuff it holds! I did order a pack of Rhino Rescue Chest Seals that I threw into the bag, and I ordered a couple extra tourniquets just in case as well.
I think that people from my no-skill level up to experts would like this IFAK and that it could definitely save a life should it be needed. I’m probably going to buy another one, and a couple more chest seals, to keep in my car just in case I come across a car accident or something and it’s gonna be a little while before professionals get there. It’s something that more people should have just in case, I believe.

Description of the goods! Come quickly enough. Looks well, more experienced. Only included mounting height no nuts (on which he attached to moths), but it matters to the manufacturer, and not vendor.
I'm not an expert on all things IFAK, but I've found these kits to be a step above similar kits just in what they provide, e.g. a splint, which is not always the case in all the little "med kits". I have a few such First Aid kits and with all of them - this one included - I do supplement (e.g. chest wound seals, snake-bite kit I'm in CO)...no IFAK can have everything. Still, some others I've bought are more "first aid/survival" and contain things like glow sticks but this is more pure IFAK. Also other kits try and give you a bunch of stuff that at the end of the day is cheap - like little gas station knives. This doesn't have that stuff, just core first-aid products and good ones like the splint and the tourniquet. I can supply my own knife!
