Great little chest seals. They're compact opposed to the larger full size but compact chest seals pack into IFAK and medical pouches so much easier and still will do the job unless treated extremely larger entry and exit wounds.
These chest seals are extremely sticky and hard to get off of dummies I've out them on. They stopped the hemorrhaging from a dummy in a class but I have no real world experience with them outside of that. They seemed to work just as well as NAR imho.
The only thing to really test is how well they hold up in their packaging in heat, cold and being exposed to those temperature ranges for prolonged periods of time. I still recommend these for your IFAK and medical kits.
I have yet to use these, but I know for a certain that if/when I do need to, this will have been the right choice. The packaging is very clean and clear with very easy-to-read and understand instructions printed on both the packaging and on the chest seal inside. It looks very high quality, and they obviously put a lot of effort into making this.

This is a great, life saving product, I've never actually used one luckily but the design appears to be the best and I've read many experts say that they're the best. Even with the two chest seals folded together and sealed in plastic they're extremely thin- you could fit a bunch of these in the average men's jean front pocket. It also makes a larger sized chest seal which is packaged individually but they are grey and rectangular. They also make training chest seals which have less sticky adhesive so they can be reused on mannequins to cut costs and not make a mess.
Product arrived on time. Sealed perfectly. Havent tried yet, hopefully never have to. Stay safe out there.
As described. It looks good quality. I'll know when I use it. But it looks good for now. 100% recommended.
