Be ready in seconds, not minutes. The FlareSyn compact rapid-deploy IFAK is purpose-built for fast hemorrhage control in tight spaces and high-pressure moments. It carries the essentials for life-threatening bleeding while keeping an exceptionally discreet profile on a belt, carrier, or pack. Pair it with a full SE IFAK Trauma Kit for a complete loadout.

Grab, pull, treat — ambidextrously

Dual tear-away pulls let you extract the insert from either side with either hand. The insert opens flat with a clear, organized layout so you can identify and deploy supplies by touch—no digging, no gear dump.

The two fastest tools live outside

A dedicated external tourniquet cradle secures your TQ where you can see it and seize it. Add a duty-grade TQ such as our Metal Tourniquet . A low-snag sleeve tucks 6″ trauma shears along the outer edge for immediate cutting without opening the pouch.

Built to ride small, work big

The Micro-MOLLE rear panel locks onto battle belts and cummerbunds without hogging real estate. Add the optional hanger adapter to run it as a plate-carrier dangler when chest space is tight. Drainage, glove-friendly pulls, and reinforced stitching keep it ready for daily duty use.

Organized where it matters

Inside, four staggered pockets and elastic keep your kit sequenced—gloves and gauze/bleeding control up front, pressure bandage central, chest seals flat, plus a slim slot for a marker (or a decompression needle where protocols allow). IFAK is well made and has a good amount of kit

IFAK is well made and has a good amount of kit for its size. My one critique is there is only 1 vented chest seal. Generally speaking a GSW had an innie and an outtie hole so only 1 chest seal will plug one hole and not the other and only having 1 chest seal invalidates the decomp needle to treat phenothoryax
