Hémorragie massive et soins circulatoires
Notre kit est soigneusement équipé de fournitures de survie et de premiers secours compactes, faciles à utiliser et essentielles pour un contrôle efficace des saignements importants. Il comprend un système de garrot à compression rotatif (conforme à la norme CoTCCC 2023) , un bandage de compression hémostatique à couches croisées (certifié ASTM F2458) et de la gaze compressée, vous permettant d'intervenir rapidement en cas d'hémorragie grave.
Traitement des voies respiratoires, des voies aériennes et de l'hypothermie
Deux pansements thoraciques ventilés (tolérance à la tension de 60 cm H₂O) sont inclus pour la prise en charge des plaies thoraciques aspirantes et une sonde naso-abdominale de 28 °F pour la gestion des voies respiratoires (pour les patients présentant un score de Glasgow ≤ 8) . Sachant qu'une perte sanguine importante peut entraîner un choc et une chute de la température corporelle, une couverture thermique d'urgence est également fournie pour maintenir la chaleur et prévenir l'hypothermie.
Traitement des fractures osseuses
Le kit comprend une attelle de 91 cm (testée MIL-M-36954C pour l'immobilisation des membres) en rouleau pour stabiliser les fractures, ainsi qu'un bandage triangulaire et un bandage élastique pour maintenir les membres et prévenir tout mouvement supplémentaire. Ces éléments sont soigneusement sélectionnés pour leur efficacité dans le traitement des fractures des membres.

I have used many first aid kits, and this one is by far my favorite. I can’t say I have much experience with first aid kits, but I have used a wide range of first aid kits from low-end to high-end, and this one undoubtedly stands out. The size of the kit and the amount of contents inside are perfectly balanced.
Initially, I was a bit concerned that the accessories might feel cheap, but that wasn’t the case. I have high standards for tourniquets and bandages… Don’t set your expectations too high, but the tourniquet feels solid, and the bandages perform as expected. Durability has been good so far. I’d also like to mention that I absolutely love the design of the bag itself.
Overall, I’d rate this product a 5 (see the rating key below).
Considering the price, this kit exceeded my expectations. I’ve already purchased another one. I might explore other sizes and price points to see if the value increases or decreases.
