Es enthält ein rotierendes Kompressions-Tourniquet-System (CoTCCC 2023-konform) , einen blutstillenden Kompressionsverband mit Kreuzlagen-Design (ASTM F2458-geprüft) und komprimierte Gaze, sodass Sie bei schweren Blutungen schnell reagieren können.
Behandlung von Atemwegen, Atemwegen und Hypothermie
Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind zwei belüftete Brustmanschetten (60 cmH₂O Spannungstoleranz) zur Versorgung von offenen Brustwunden und ein 28F-Naso-Tubus zur Atemwegsversorgung (für Patienten mit GCS ≤ 8) . Da ein erheblicher Blutverlust zu Schock und einem Abfall der Körpertemperatur führen kann, wird zusätzlich eine Notfall-Wärmedecke mitgeliefert, um die Wärme zu halten und Unterkühlung vorzubeugen.
Behandlung von Knochenbrüchen
Das Set enthält eine 91,4 cm lange Schiene (MIL-M-36954C, getestet für Extremitätenimmobilisierung) zur Stabilisierung von Frakturen sowie einen Dreiecksverband und einen elastischen Verband zur Fixierung der Gliedmaßen und zur Verhinderung weiterer Bewegungen. Diese Elemente wurden sorgfältig aufgrund ihrer Wirksamkeit bei der Behandlung von Gliedmaßenfrakturen ausgewählt.

I have used many first aid kits, and this one is by far my favorite. I can’t say I have much experience with first aid kits, but I have used a wide range of first aid kits from low-end to high-end, and this one undoubtedly stands out. The size of the kit and the amount of contents inside are perfectly balanced.
Initially, I was a bit concerned that the accessories might feel cheap, but that wasn’t the case. I have high standards for tourniquets and bandages… Don’t set your expectations too high, but the tourniquet feels solid, and the bandages perform as expected. Durability has been good so far. I’d also like to mention that I absolutely love the design of the bag itself.
Overall, I’d rate this product a 5 (see the rating key below).
Considering the price, this kit exceeded my expectations. I’ve already purchased another one. I might explore other sizes and price points to see if the value increases or decreases.
