PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CRITICAL CLOTTING: Stop packing deep junctional wounds with standard cotton. Premium Hemostatic Gauze significantly reduces required pressure time—crucial for massive hemorrhage control before EMS arrives.

Advanced Soluble Hemostatic Control

Engineered for rapid wound management, the FlareSynSoluble Hemostatic Gauze is a cutting-edge solution for effective bleeding control. Made primarily from sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, this advanced gauze absorbs wound exudates to form a protective gel that seals capillary ends and accelerates the healing process.

Core Features

  • Effective Hemostatic Action: Rapidly absorbs wound exudates and creates a gelatinous mass that stops bleeding and seals capillary ends within moments.
  • Moisture-Activated Gel Barrier: The resulting gel provides a protective barrier that promotes faster recovery and minimizes the risk of secondary infection.
  • Safe & Versatile: Safe for use on most patients, including those on anticoagulant therapy. Ideal for trauma wounds, post-operative care, and minor lacerations.

Field Application

Perfect for external, short-term control of bleeding, including cuts, abrasions, and venipuncture. (Not suitable for controlling large artery hemorrhages).

  • Step 1: Remove the gauze from its sterile packaging and cut it to fit the wound area.
  • Step 2: Apply directly to the bleeding source and maintain firm, direct pressure until the bleeding stops.
  • Step 3: Multiple layers may be applied if needed. If saturated, slightly moisten with sterile water or saline for better adherence.
  • Step 4: When removing, rinse with saline to gently wipe away excess gel material without peeling it off directly.
