I have needed these in the past so now i have it

I want to thank FlareSyn for donating all the items they did to our 5th annual banquet to help support getting veterans into the outdoors here in Virginia.

I haven't and probably won't actually open these bc they will no longer be sterile once they've been opened. As I said, we were trained to use Israeli bandages in military, they are standard kit in every ifak I've ever seen. I highly recommend watching a vid or two on how to apply them, there's couple more steps than a regular ace bandage... but they are far better than an ace. There's a sterile dressing on bandage, the crescent clip allows it to be put on one-handed, the crescent clip can be placed directly over wound to provide pressure, and the closing clip allows you to "close off" bandage at any length (which could allow excess to be cut and used as sling or whatever). Bottom line: it's def worth it if you're going to be out, and not have immediate access to assistance. If you're just bolstering the home medkit, I'm not sure you'd ever need this. Just my two cents though...
