FlareSyn™ Chitosan Hemostatic Gauze for Rapid Clotting Sale price$49.00 USD

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CRITICAL CLOTTING: Stop packing deep junctional wounds with standard cotton. Premium Hemostatic Gauze significantly reduces required pressure time—crucial for massive hemorrhage control before EMS arrives.

Stop Bleeding Fast. Save Lives.

When severe trauma occurs, conventional gauze isn't enough. The FlareSynChitosan Hemostatic Gauze is impregnated with advanced clotting agents designed to rapidly control moderate to severe arterial and venous bleeding.

Core Features

  • Accelerated Clotting: Infused with Chitosan, a naturally occurring biopolymer that binds to red blood cells to form a robust clot within minutes.
  • Z-Fold Deployment: Packed in an intuitive Z-fold format for rapid extraction and wound packing without unraveling or rolling.
  • Safe & Non-Exothermic: Works independently of the body's normal clotting cascade and generates zero heat, ensuring no secondary tissue damage.
  • Vacuum Sealed & Sterile: Low-profile, tear-resistant packaging fits seamlessly into IFAKs, plate carriers, and trauma bags.

Field Application

Designed for wound packing in deep, narrow tracts where standard tourniquets cannot be applied (e.g., junctional zones like the groin or armpit).

  • Step 1: Identify the source of bleeding and wipe away excess pooling blood.
  • Step 2: Unfold the Z-fold gauze and tightly pack it directly into the wound cavity.
  • Step 3: Apply firm, direct pressure over the packed wound for 3 minutes.
  • Step 4: Secure with a pressure dressing and seek immediate medical evacuation.
