PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Universal Structural Support

Field fractures require immediate immobilization to prevent catastrophic secondary injuries. The FlareSynRolled Emergency Medical Splint is a highly moldable, lightweight structural support system that adapts to any limb or joint instantly.

Core Features

  • Structural Curve Memory: An ultra-thin aluminum alloy core allows the splint to be bent into structural curves, immediately becoming rigid enough to immobilize heavy fractures.
  • Ultra-Compact Footprint: Rolls down into a tight cylinder that fits seamlessly into combat medic bags, tactical backpacks, or even large cargo pockets.
  • X-Ray Transparent: Completely radiolucent material means the splint does not need to be removed for diagnostic imaging in the ER.
  • Weather & Blood Resistant: The closed-cell foam exterior is impervious to fluids, preventing blood absorption and making it easily washable and reusable.

Field Application

Extremely versatile. Can be folded, cut with trauma shears, and shaped to immobilize arms, legs, ankles, or even serve as a cervical collar.

  • Step 1: Unroll the splint and fold it in half or cut it to the required length with trauma shears.
  • Step 2: Bend the splint down the middle to create a "C-Curve" or "U-Shape" (this instantly transforms the soft metal into a rigid brace).
  • Step 3: Mold the splint around the injured limb, ensuring the joint above and below the fracture is immobilized.
  • Step 4: Secure the splint firmly in place using elastic crepe bandages, cohesive wrap, or medical tape.
