SE IFAK Trauma Kit

Ordering on line at FLARESYN was easy and they provided all overseas tracking information and US updates.This is a quality IFAK with an excellent TRAUMA treatment base as well as supplies for minor injuries as well.As a retired,career Paramedic,I like to be prepared and this pack offers just what I need.It also securely fastens to the driver's headrest in my tuck,making it easily accessible at a moments notice.I have larger IFAK's as well and greatly appreciate the compact design while keeping the proper supplies available.This would also make for a great IFAK for hiking and all outdoor activities.

This IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) is optimally sized, allowing for the organized and accessible storage of essential first aid supplies without being cumbersome. It can accommodate all necessary medical items, ensuring they are readily available. Its compact dimensions and robust construction make it highly portable and easily retrievable, even when traveling. Every vehicle, whether a car or a truck, should be equipped with such a personal first aid kit.

it allows easy access to some pills without having to take out or disassemble the entire kit. The internal sleeve is adequate for holding the basic components I need, and once installed, the whole unit stays secure in my vehicle while also being easy to remove when not needed.

However, I'm deducting one star because I initially thought the entire unit was designed to be "rip-away," but only the inner sleeve detaches. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding its intended use? My only other experience is with a kit that had a large hook-and-loop back with a single strap on the front, so I assumed this would be similar. However, the entire unit doesn't rip away for single-handed access without first unfastening both straps. I also wished it had more space for flat items; as you can see in the picture, I have some flat items with no ideal place to store them, despite a lot of unused elastic webbing. Regardless, I pray I never need such rapid access, and it holds a good amount of gear without being an enormous "doomsday" kit.

This first aid kit is awesome! It's super powerful but way cheaper than other kits that cost a ton more, even though the quality of the parts is pretty much the same. I've seen some folks complain about the Velcro on the seat back not holding up, but I take my rig off-roading all the time and haven't had a single issue. There are some videos online that show you how to use everything in the kit. Most of it's pretty straightforward, except for the intubation stuff, but you can find YouTube videos for that too. Seriously, don't waste your money on those ridiculously expensive trauma kits, this one is a total steal!

This thing has all the supplies patrol officers would need for an emergency.
